Hi Kim, Just wanted to say I was so excited to read the chance of FFW. I am 66 and reasonably fit and healthy and desperately need to loose at least 2 st. I made first batch and left rind and pith on the grapefruit which was a mistake because it did make it very bitter, however, I am now on 2nd batch and ready to make 3 rd today. Having watched and listened to your video, I will make it 100% the same and hope that it will have the desired effect. Many thanks, from ‘across the pond’ Paula x
