Every woman has a story waiting to be told; a thought that needs to be shared and opinions required to challenge current situations. As women around the world #PledgeForParity in the International Women’s Month of March,The W Communityof Access Bankis inviting women all over the country to find their voice, tell their stories and voice their opinions on life and trending issues through #TheWInkChallenge Writing Competition.
The community’s desire is to see women inspire creativity, engage in a conversation that is important to self-discovery and influence general societal behaviour through writing. This is the time for women to question the status quo and build connections along the way while exploring the relationship between the Woman and her Ink.
The challenge is a prose competition open to topics around family, love, business, health, lifestyle and trending issues. There are also fantastic prizes to be won from laptops to other mobile devices, books and loads of discount vouchers.
The competition opens on www.theWcommunity.com on Tuesday March 1st, 2016 and closes on Thursday, March 31st, 2016.

I remembered it was clearly stated that we should use 350 words to form any story of our choice. why is the winner not disqualified for using more than 350 words. her word count is more than 400.
This is not fair to the other competitors.
This should be taken care of immediately.
