My Prayers For You in the New Year!

today“Begin today to BE who you’ve always wanted to BECOME, for tomorrow, you would wish you had started yesterday and then again, tomorrow may well be too late.” ~Anonymous~

My prayers for you this year: Make this be the year you take personal RESPONSIBILITY for BOTH your awesomeness and your crap! (What is your ability to RESPOND to whatever life throws at you?) If it’s showing up in your physical universe, you created it, (consciously or Unconsciously). You are a CO-CREATOR with God, OWN it! Make 2014 your year of boldness and courage.

Become more RESILIENT, you’re made of stronger and sterner stuff! Stop blaming, justifying, excusing the sh*t in your life by pointing fingers outwards. Everything is possible, period! Enter the co-creative zone and ask yourself: How can it be done? Who and what are the resources I have? Reach out and form synergies with others. Stop judging, and start accepting and empathizing. It’s life, we’re all basically going through the same challenges, they just show up in different colours.

You are a reflection of everyone around you, learn from others. Embrace your humanity and celebrate your divinity. It’s all YOU! Look inwards, you have the power to reset your internal thermostat in all areas of your life: energetic, social, physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, financial…

Stop playing the compare and contrast game. That is the basis of ALL unhappiness. Your name is not ‘EVERYBODY’. You are a unique BEING, with unique values and beliefs. You are a beloved child of a loving God, live it! You have the power of choice, exercise it and be accountable for your actions and (in)actions!

Nobody’s doing anything to you that you did not first do to yourself. Build a bullet-proof, rock solid relationship with your CREATOR. Get out of the prison of the generation that accepts: “My PASTOR SAID”, “MY ENEMIES ARE AFTER ME”, “I HAVE SUFFERED”, “THE LEADERS ARE TO BLAME”,…Become more involved in your own life.
Pleeease, a KING died for YOU! Not a hair on your head can be touched without his express permission. Why choose to be part of a generation that craves entitlement without responsibility? Take ownership of your life, it’s yours after all!

Stop perpetuating the myth of old, healed pains of the past as if they were still real. Tell yourself EMPOWERING stories and move on. Yes, decide to move on. Let TIME do what it does best: heal. Ask yourself who benefits when you refuse to own your magnificence? Who does it serve when you choose to stay stuck and refuse to be yourself? What are you permitting and settling for as ‘truth’ in your life? What are you accepting into your life? You get to DECIDE! Be kind and gentle, yet have healthy boundaries. Claim Wisdom as a best friend. Surrender to her, she’ll guide you well. Embrace the gift of eloquent SILENCE. It is the zone of beautiful creativity and growth!

Know yourself! You are always changing and growing and evolving. Re-introduce your new self to you and others around. Fall deeply, passionately, totally in love with you! Until you really know, accept, forgive and love yourself, no one else can! Understand and embrace your passions, pains, weaknesses and strength. The mystery to love is that it is complete in itself. It exists, even without an object of affection. Know this kind of love in your lifetime, it’s already yours.

We are drawn to others not only because of shared passions but also because of our unhealed pains. If you are in someone’s life or vice versa, then there’s a unique purpose and reason why. No one’s role is to complete you, stop setting people up for a fall! We are all here to heal, create, share, love and bear witness to one another, of HIS amazing grace. Know when to hold on and fight for love, also know when to let go and set love free. Celebrate finding love and celebrate also getting your heart-broken. For a heart that loves is a heart that is full and a heart that is broken, is a heart that is open, ready, willing and strong enough to love fully and completely.

Move over from the ‘woe me’ quadrant, into the ‘WOW ME’ zone. Fill your cup so that you can better serve others around you. It is SELFISH to keep playing the role of ‘VICTIM’ when you know deep down that you’ve been made VICTORIOUS by God’s abiding grace. And make every moment of your time in life, (even on social media), well worth it. If you’re not growing, you’re dying. Choose LIFE, and live passionately, purposefully and powerfully. DECIDE and Choose to have a wonderful New Year!

A Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us at Whole Woman Network

What an amazing, eventful and exciting year it’s been! From all of us at Whole Woman Network, we wish you and your families a very MERRY & BLESSED CHRISTMAS. Thank you for making this year a truly blessed and beautiful experience.Blessed Christmas

This Christmas season, we urge you to celebrate, rejoice and reflect on the saviour’s coming. He came for this purpose: to create a new world based on unconditional love and to bring love, healing and redemption to each and every one of us. In essence, to remind us that we are WORTHY!

Think about it! Who are you in Christ? What is your purpose on this earth? Why are you really here? How can you begin to fulfil your destiny?

We all pray for long and healthy life, however, some people alive in the world today may not see another Christmas. These are sobering thoughts but they are also the truth.

I heard of the shocking death of a loved one yesterday (Christmas eve), and it gave me reason to pause and seriously reflect about my life, my purpose and personal goals, going forward. So for close to four hours, I wrote down key highlights of my life thus far and significant emotional events that align with the core of who I perceive myself and my purpose to be. Hmmmnn, all I can say is, it was a phenomenally cathartic experience, that led me through a gamut of emotions; angry, sad, hurt, guilt, shame, fear, drain, and then, excited, hopeful, joyous, loved, empowered and free!

GloryIn this moment, write down what you think your purpose is. It will guide and channel your thoughts, words, actions in all your interactions going forward.

It can be simply to love your family, to be the best father, mother, daughter, sister, friend, cousin, niece, nephew, god-parent, colleague, community member, citizen etc.

Then, simply write down what type of person you want to be as you fulfill your different roles in life. Ask yourself what your core values are and what principles you hold sacrosanct and sacred. What are your responsibilities and what gives you the most joy and peace? How congruent are you with your values? Are your actions aligned with who you wish to be?

The purpose of this exercise is not for self-flagellation or to beat yourself up, rather it is to celebrate your awareness of who you think you are verses who you are being, now, in this moment. It is to bring your attention to important things about yourself that you should be focusing on. We often get caught up in the ‘busy-ness’ of life that we forget to actually LIVE.

This reflection is simply to get you to re-connect with who you desire to be and to  re-introduce you back to yourself so that you can re-discover the unique, magnificent and whole being that you are. You are a beloved child of God, created in love, moulded with love and redeemed through love. You are a being of love and light. Your purpose is to share this with the world in everything you do.

I asked myself the same questions and this is a very short summary of what I came up with: I am passionate about Engaging, Educating and Empowering people to connect with their purpose, step into their personal power and take ACTION by living passionately in their lives, work, business and community.

I love connecting with people, meaningfully and deeply and coaching myself and others to OWN both our awesomeness and our crap, because it all makes us unique.

I am passionate not just merely about change, but really about TRANSFORMATION. I love coaching, training and empowering people on transformational self-leadership, so that they are living every single day with purpose, on purpose.

I am also passionate about asking questions that lead people to uncover the magnificence buried deep within themselves. I love being a tour guide & bridge for others, on their journey to wholeness and completeness. I am passionate about collaborating, with synergy, so that we can all create, heal, transform, serve, love, inspire, celebrate & live the best versions of our lives each day e are blessed to be on earth.

I believe that empowered people create empowered families and societies. I believe that we are each powerful beyond belief and once we decide to take action in alignment with our core, we shall be unstoppable agents of transformation.

My purpose is to create advanced awareness and empower myself and others to transform and live with authenticity, purpose, passion & power, in work and life. I train, coach, speak on how people can make empowered and informed choices in different areas of their lives.

My focus is to create congruence and authenticity in how people live their lives. I draw upon my over 18 years experience across multi-disciplinary fields; Engineering, Investment & Finance, International Business, Coaching & Training. I train and speak on such topics such as Work-Life choices, Financial Literacy, Creating empowered Relationships, How to have success in a Value-Based, Empathy-Driven Economy, Sustainability in work and life, Entrepreneurship with Heart, Fusing Passion and Profit, Finding your Purpose by embracing your passions and pains, etc.

My purpose is to create experiential platforms of learning by collaborating and connecting with different individuals and groups, with a common vision to transform ourselves and our society for the greater good.

This is My Philosophy: “It is a fallacy to believe that we are fractured or broken; the truth is that we are enough, indeed, we are whole and complete. Our life’s journey then becomes a return to WHOLENESS. We are here to heal, create, serve, celebrate, surrender, soar, love and simply BE and B.E.A.M: Be Everything And More! Embrace your passions and your pains. Own your awesomeness and magnificence. Also, own your vulnerability, imperfections and your crap! Each day, embrace experiential growth and a spiritual awakening. Own your divinity and your humanity! Lead yourself; dare to transform and see your life in a whole new light.”

Again, from all of us at Whole Woman Network, we wish you a wonderful Christmas and may the grace and love of Jesus Christ abide with you and fill you with light, peace, excellent health, abundance and joy!

DAY 18: Take ACTION and Transform Your Life!

comfort 2Questions of the Day: Do you really know yourself? Do you live in constant awareness of how you’re changing and growing? Do you understand your strengths and use them in service of self and others? Do you have clarity on your weaknesses? Are you humble enough to surround yourself with people who complement your weaknesses and harness your  skills and talents?

Who are you teaching and who are you learning from? Life is a constant exchange of value, how are you exchanging energy and resources with others? Do you realize that in order to give and receive, you must be constantly growing? Are you choosing to be stagnant or are you boldly creating your own flow?

WWN Reflection DAY 18: Take ACTION and Transform Your Life!

Today’s reflective focus is on PERSONAL GROWTH. The choice to learn and grow each day is a path that leads to wholeness and joy. You are able to impact, influence, change and inspire yourself and others around you, when you make yourself open to life-long learning, growing and exploring.

oprahImagine for a moment that a curious child who is 10 years, who has always been creative, open and had always sought knowledge, suddenly wakes up one day and declares: ‘I am smart and wise enough!’

And then shuts himself off from the world, refuses to learn new things, to grow, to ask question and chooses to only live the rest of his life based on the knowledge he’s acquired in life up until that age 10. Think of how limited, colourless and stunted that child’s life will become.

And yet this is exactly how some of us approach life. This is exactly how colourless, stunted and limited our lives become when we shut off our learning buds and creative cells and refuse to be open to new ideas, perspectives, ways of doing business, and new approaches to living.

Personal growth and development is a journey to expand our awareness and live out the knowledge we have gained. It is the ability to transit from intellectual ‘knowing’ to experiential living. You cannot continue to be the person you are now if you want to become the you of your dreams.

InspirationYou alone are responsible for your growth. You alone must take control of your growth and progress. You must be accountable to yourself in the use of your God-given unique talents, abilities, skills and resources. You get to choose what your journey would be and how it all plays out. Inspire and motivate yourself to achieve your own growth. It is your life after all!

The quality of your relationships will often reflect your journey and your growth. Who and what you surround yourself with matter a lot. Begin to show a deeper level of awareness in your life, business and community. Have clarity on your personal/career/business/life goals. Know why certain people are in your life, what role(s) certain events and situations play in your overall purpose. Know why you go where you go, know what you say and understand why you say it. Meaningless conversations, events or situations that offer you nothing but negativity are a waste of your resources.

Reflect on the different areas of the sphere of life and take action in all of them. (Focus more attention on the area that gives you the most pain). Feed each area and grow in each area. The moment we are out of balance in one area, it begins to affect all the other areas negatively.  So pay more attention to people, places, situations and things that drain or deplete you. And know what replenishes, re-charges and rejuvenates you. Know your source and your re-source. Know when to re-fuel and when to discharge. Know who you are and whose you are!

Have a dedicated budget and allocate resources to your growth. Water the gardens of your mind. Sow seeds of creativity, knowledge and be open to new ideas and perspectives. We grow through various means: The books we read, the movies/tv shows/plays we watch, the music we listen to, the games we play, the people we meet, the events we attend, the places we travel to, the conversations we have and how we work and worship. We grow in noisy, busy ‘crowds’ and we also grow alone, in our silence. Everything depends on how you choose to exchange energy both with yourself and with the universe.

One of the true tests of growth is the ability to revisit a past painful/challenging event and see new perspectives, interpretations and outcomes. Growth gives us options and choices. It allows us to acquire wisdom and thus develop an eagle eye on events and situations. Growth fosters behavioural flexibility. Real growth is maturity, a deepening of our understanding of our connectedness and relationships. It leads to more empathy, acceptance, forgiveness and expansion of our model of the world.

Growth is a beautiful dynamic process, it is not static. It may not always be easy but it is always fulfilling. Grow in the direction of your light and purpose. Growth has different seasons Pay attention to your seasons: farming, fasting, sacrificing, healing, tilling, sowing, watering, weeding, harvesting, gathering, feasting, sharing and glorifying. You are unique so also are your seasons. Avoid the compare and contrast game. It is at the root of all discontent, greed, and unhappiness. Growth will gift you with the spirit of contentment and gratitude.

“CONTENTMENT is what transforms your ‘hut’ into a beautiful mansion. A house is a house, it is your ENERGY that transforms it into a HOME. Build homes based on foundation of love, forgiveness, warmth, acceptance, peace and joy! The outside world can be hellish sometimes, so it is important to create your own safe haven of glory. You carry your HEAVEN with you where ever you go. Contentment means that you know and live your truth.

You are enough. You have enough. And you have the unique talent and ability to create more whenever you really need and want it. All you have to do is DECIDE and then take ACTION congruent with your decision. Growth leads to empowerment. Empowered individuals create empowered homes, families and workplaces, these in turn create empowered communities and societies. We can build the society of our dreams and it all starts with YOU!” ~Excerpt from the upcoming book: ‘UN-Locking Your HeArt of Leadership’~

Take ACTION and choose to grow!  Take risks, step out of your ‘grey zone’, there’s nothing comfortable about it! Learn something new each day. Try something different. Take a little step each day. Do better and differently tomorrow that you did today. Otherwise, of what use is tomorrow? Embrace growth and become open to the amazing opportunities and interesting people all around you. Remember to celebrate your journey!

Be social! Share this post with your network.

An Interesting Wish List for Women at 40!

“There’s something magical about turning 40: It is the age when a woman realizes she’s divine: she’s one with her creator. She stops pleasing everyone else and begins to live on her own terms. It is when she stops being a crap magnet and sets her magnetic field to ‘zero tolerance for bullsh*t!’

She finally understands the mystery of intimacy: that a part of her soul, her essence, is either lost or shared, strengthened or diminished, healed or bruised and so she becomes very picky, because she knows that who she lets in can either beautifully complement or radically mess up her life!  She realizes that she doesn’t have to settle for crumbs and that being alone does not mean she’s lonely.

She enjoys her own company and basks in the beauty of silence, secret laughs and quiet conversations. She appreciates the blessings of having a few good friends who’ve been there and will BE there, regardless. This is the age of unconditional love, forgiveness and acceptance of herself, of others, of life. It is the wonderful age when she begins L.I.V.I.N.G freely, meaningfully, passionately and beautifully.”

~(Excerpt from WWN’s Life Transformation Program: ’90 Days to a Healthier, Sexier, Wealthier YOU’)

There seems to be a universal fascination with turning 40, especially among women! It seems to be a pivotal age, that milestone when women acquire a special depth and level of wisdom, grace, confidence and success!

At Whole Woman Network, most of our members are in the 40+ demographic and so we decided to do a fun Q/A session with them and asked one simple question: ‘What’s the one wish you have for every woman at 40?’ These are some of their interesting responses:

1. To have gone up to the mountains, away from people and technology (literally and figuratively), and communed with her creator through a spiritual retreat, meditation, prayer and/or visit to a holy place. ~Olivia Z.

2. To have inner peace and be able to laugh at life and enjoy her own company. Also, to come to terms with and love her body. ~Uzo A.

3. To share life’s experiences and be a role model and mentor to at least one young girl, even if it is her daughter(s). ~Diana B.

4. To have experienced a mind-blowing, earth shattering orgasm! ~Rosalie I.

5. To have fallen deeply, totally and deliriously in love at least once. ~Ify N.

6. To have experienced a broken heart and be wiser, kinder and stronger for it. ~Oby P.

7. To own (at least) one of each type of precious stone/metal: Gold, Silver, Diamond, Gemstones. ~Mojghan A.

8. To own a piece of God’s own Earth (property or land) in her name. ~Anna P.

9. To visit a land where they speak a tongue she does not understand and to learn a different language. ~Ngozi U.

10. To come to peace with her Father. ~Zeenat A.

11. To have a new-found love, appreciation, respect and understanding for her Mother. ~Carol B.

12. To have achieved or be on the path of true financial independence and be in a position to give back to others. ~Ranti M.

13. To have the ability and freedom to take a break from work/life and take out time to pamper herself. ~Angela F.

14. To be committed to a cause, have reconnected with her alumni, have at least one hobby, learned a dance or trained in some sport(s). ~Fariba S.

15. To be blessed with at least one good friend, who’ll always be there, loyal and supportive through the ups and downs of life. Or better still, to be such a friend to someone else. ~Kelechi A.

Ladies, in a nutshell, enjoy your lives and be yourselves no matter what age you are. Like they say, ’40 is the new 20!’ Happy Birthday to everyone who turned 40 this month! In the words of the phenomenal Maya Angelou: “When I passed forty I dropped pretense, ’cause men like women who got some sense.”

Living Lives of Purpose, Passion & Power with Julia ‘Butterfly’ Hill!

Julia Butterfly Hill at the Harmony Festival

Julia Butterfly Hill at the Harmony Festival (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

There is an accepted belief that the people and events you surround yourself with ultimately shape the person you become. And so, a few weeks ago, some members of the Whole Woman Network attended a special event  hosted by the meet-up group, ‘Leading Lives of Purpose, Passion and Power’, featuring the award-winnning activist, writer and poet Julia Butterfly Hill.

It was a powerful gathering focused on exploring sacred solutions for activating the consciousness of oneness, creativity and social change. The theme for the event was on turning inspiration into action and leading lives of Purpose, Passion and Power!

This was an engaging, extraordinary and transformational event with unimaginably positive energy,  great music and stirring spoken word. And for those of you who were not able to make it, here are some nuggets of wisdom and life-changing ideas as espoused by Julia Hill at the event:

1. We have become a society built on ‘Addiction to consumption’. An addiction to consuming media, food, drugs, love etc To function optimally in this new, warped reality, we must build up healthy internal  coping mechanisms. Be careful not to be afflicted by the debilitating disease of consumerism.

2. In periods of pain and challenges, take the time to explore what lies at your core and what your true values are. Most often, we distract ourselves to take our minds away from our pain and so we learn nothing and repeat the cycle of unresolved pain all over. When we acknowledge, embrace and confront our pains, we deal with it in the present and then it has no power to hurt us in the future again. A lot of us still experience ancestral pains.

3. You should strive to use up everything you are and have, in the pursuit of what you are truly passionate about. Your purpose in life is to live your life on purpose.

4. Each of us is an amazing miracle of love and the greatest obstacles in our lives are all in our heads.

5. To transform your environment, you must first transform yourselves. And in order to transform yourself, you must first slay the dragon of fear that lies in your head.

6. Every issue, fear, pain and challenge we face is a symptom of a disease; the dis-ease of ‘Disconnect’ from God, the source and creator.  This disconnect then manifests itself as a disconnect from people’s pain and so we lash out in our pain rather than celebrate our common humanity and connectivity. We must first deal with the root of the disease.

7. Mother Nature, is frantic like all mothers get when their kids go way out of line. She is screaming at her her children are misbehaving. So she screams and barks to get our attention in the form of Tsunamis, Earthquakes, Floods, hurricanes etc

8. We must become wise in managing our passions and channeling it well while remain open to and/or respectful of opposing ideals because the danger is that the moment we become passionate we are one step away from being fundamentalists!

9. As we say ‘NO’ to something, lets also embody what ‘YES’ feels like. We must own both our humanity and our crap!

10. It is impossible for you NOT to make a difference because even science has shown that all choices are critical to the state of things and choices cannot exist in a vacuum. So know that with every single choice we make, we are  all co-creating our world because we are all connected.

11. Consciously make time and space for relationships that matter in your lives.

12. The world robs you by co-opting 2 things from you: i. Your Time and ii. Your Attention

13. Welcome that zone/place where something or someone breaks your heart open, for it is in that zone that something real  and meaningful happens.

14. The #1 trait of true wealth is a complete and utter sense of contentment and fulfillment. It is a freedom of the soul to enjoy the NOW.

15. Your enemy is that person on the inside that each of us all have to one day meet or we will be eaten from within.

16. Sometimes what ‘we know’ can get in the way of ‘what we need to know’.

17. Awareness is simply knowingly choosing what you place your energy and attention on. It means showing up and being present, being here!

18. Listen with your heart, Experience with your senses and act with your head. Focus on what breaks your heart open. Disengage from people, things, events and experiences that leave you drained, depleted and depressed.

19. Our right brains tell us a story (ancestor’s story), while your left brain allows you to go into a place of awareness; a shift into mindful spaciousness. When you are open and your heart is unshielded, you can experience true compassion. Compassion is the ability to sense into the pains of others without having to demand, distract or defend.

20. Look for ways to make your life very simple so that you may have time for the truly important stuff.

21. No matter how shut off or shut down people are, they are longing for meaningful connections and purpose.

22. Learn the practice of resetting your magnetic field to attract only the people and opportunities that are right for you. You cannot see in others what you don’t have in yourselves.

23. What is your symbolic tree? Not what you have been called to do but who and what you are called to be.

24. True love does not demand that we impress, neither does it leave us drained, depleted or depressed rather it allows us freedom to be creative, energetic and joyous!

25. Courage is having a heart that is open and engaged to take chances and embrace love, life and death regardless of the inherent fears.

26. In the face of a challenge, our animalistic brain reacts in 3 ways: flight, fight or freeze! These reactions are based on our experiences of past fears and pains. Take a mindful breath and then decide from the present.

27. Humor is an important coping skill. Be curious and have a deep, fascinating interest in life all around you.

28. We cannot control the world but we can control our experiences. Other people can take action but only YOU can control how you experience their action. It is always possible to solve conflicts once we let go of the ego and dissenting issues and choose to focus on our common humanity.

29. Stop playing the compare and contrast game! Who, Where and What you are is exactly as it should be and the best version of you is the best there is.

30. Become aware of how to grow yourself, when to gather your energy and when to stop. Know and distinguish between your source and your resources.  Understand your refuge; what eases down your whole body, calms you and re-energizes you. What is your best mode of worship? It maybe prayer, meditation, reading, dancing, listening, singing….

I fervently hope something on this list helps you, as you continue on your journey of leading a life of purpose, passion and power!

Ten important life lessons I’ve learned in my 30’s

Lesson #1: You cannot give what you don’t have.

You cannot claim to know or understand yourself or your actions fully. I doubt if you ever will. However, your promise to yourself is to be eternally curious,  to always love and forgive YOU! That way, it becomes easier to love and forgive others.

Lesson #2 : Embrace your challenges and pain.

Look back on periods in life when you experienced tremendous growth, they were invariably associated with overcoming a huge challenge or the loss of a loved one. Know that pain, loss and heartbreak do not break us down rather they break down the walls that imprison our humanity and allow us to see the world in a brand new light; To feel empathy for others around us, to cherish every tender moment and to live passionately.

Lesson #3: The secret of inner beauty.

A sense of true beauty and self-worth is not in your makeup or clothes or shoes or bags (these are merely external manifestations of beauty). Rather, it is a function of how we relate to others around us. The greatest source of beauty is a fountain within that allows each of us to treat all people with respect and kindness. We feel our best when we give others dignity, support and love. It is our light, our energy that radiates our beauty. Also, know that you cannot stop time. So be careful not to become too preoccupied with lotions, potions, nips and tucks as a pathway to eternal youth. Gravity is real, ladies! At some point in your life, some body parts WILL go south, shrink or wrinkle. Know when to give up the fight and embrace ageing gracefully or you risk looking ridiculous!

Lesson #4: Develop a discerning spirit.

Life is filled with many amazing and positive people BUT there will always be negative people who think the worst, seek the worst, plan the worst and do the worst….learn to disarm them with wisdom and grace. If you find that their energy drains you or overpowers you, then learn to gracefully avoid them.

Lesson #5: Avoid the trap called ‘the rat race’.

We sometimes focus the best part of our years on the rat race rather than a race for our souls, we focus on acquiring possessions rather than on garnering goodwill, we build mansions rather than create memories. People matter because they love you back. A good job never loves you back and even if you ‘win’ the rat race, you’re still a rat! Don’t try to keep up with the ‘Joneses’. There’s a reason why your name is different! Be original and authentic. OWN who you are and others will try to copy or capture your essence.

Lesson #6: Know and understand your big ‘WHY’.

Your ‘why’ should be big enough to make you cry. That goal that’s so dear to your heart, you tear up just thinking about it. It is at the core of who you are.  It may be your family, a good cause….(Hint: Your ‘why’ is not to pay bills, service a mortgage payment or loans etc). Your ‘why’ is not about you, it has to be something other than you and it gives meaning to your existence. You become alive just thinking about it!

Lesson #7: Every woman should have a little mystery.

Have a little secret, that aura that lights you up from within. Dance to your own music. Walk with a sexy swing and a hidden sexier smile. ‘Wear the clothes and never let the clothes wear you’. You are Eve’s daughter after all…. learn new skills, discover new hobbies. Tap into your passions and light your fires from the inside. Constantly surprise yourself and the world with elements of your mystery. You owe it to yourself to EVOLVE!

Lesson #8: Learn to simply LET GO!

You need to take a moment for yourself and let it all out. Forget the rules (who made them anyway?). So let go of big stuff-bad relationships, terrible confrontations, abuse, neglect and let go of even the small stuff: Go bra-less; laugh, curse and fart out loud; eat with your bare hands and walk bare-feet; say ‘yes’ cos you feel like it and say ‘no’ just beacuse….

Lesson #9: Don’t sweat the small or big stuff!

Life happens. Things can’t always be perfect all the time, how boring will that be? If you hit a crossroad, do absolutely nothing or just sleep on it. The best answers always come sublimely in our dreams anyway….Just live your best life NOW and focus on only what you can control!

Lesson #10: God has a fantastic sense of humor!

I arrive at this conclusion every single day. Too many ironic events in life buttress this and I get a chuckle every time I think of how we get worked up and geared up to conquer the world and bammmm! that may be the day we get called to the other side….

Remember, you are not ordinary, you are divinely unique.

You are WOW (Wonderful One-of-a-kind Woman)!
