Marketplace Solutions: Distribution & Consulting Services

 

We provide financial advisory, channel management, consulting services and marketplace distribution solutions to BIPOC women food producers of healthy and specialty ethnic spices, snacks and super grains, with a focus on entrepreneurs in ideation and early start up phases, and are pre-revenue or less than $50,000 in revenue.

We enhance their capacity to standardize, stabilize and scale up products to mainstream local and global channels. We offer them access to macrofunding by linking them to external funding opportunities, and we also offer access to microfunding through our internal ROSCA matching funds and community-led peer-to-peer lending and investing programs.

We are constantly building relationships with food accelerator and incubator hubs, vendors, retailers and wholesalers, and currently have access to over 57 ethnic grocery stores across. Canada. 

WWN is on the FAIRE platform – one of the largest online marketplace for wholesalers, where retailers discover their next bestsellers from independent brands across the globe. 

Our goal is to continue to develop our ecosystem and build relationships with potential business partners, representatives of grocery chains (mainstream, specialty, ethnic), and health food companies that are interested in diversifying their product offerings with more healthy, flavorful and nutritious afro-ethnic foods; spices, sauces, super grains and snacks, sourced from women cooperative farmers in West Africa and producers in Canada, using environmentally sustainable processes, with measurable and transformative social-cultural-economic impact.
